Mental Health America created the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health national certification program as a way to recognize employers committed to creating mentally health workplaces.
As the West Central Florida affiliate of MHA, Tampa Bay Thrives is committed to increasing the number of organizations providing healthy workplaces to employees, not just physically but mentally.
TBT is in search of organizations that would be interested in becoming Bell Seal certified by testing our employer toolkit that will help encourage a mentally well workplace. The toolkit provides resources and processes for successfully supporting employees’ mental health. In addition, TBT will be available for guidance throughout the Bell Seal Certification process.
