Tampa Bay Thrives was proud to join Tampa General Hospital on July 9 at the TGH Speciality Center at HealthPark for a bbq celebrating the launch of TGH’s TampaWell Initiative. TampaWell embodies the mission of TGH, which focuses not only on measures to reduce chronic disease and improve overall health; it also supports the city’s most at-risk residents by addressing underlying social factors that impact health. The goal is to make TampaWell a model for the nation in preventative health and wellness – and this includes mental health!
