Today’s simple exercise brings both calming and energy to the body and mind.

Inhaling through the nose once, pause and do another inhale, filling the lungs. Then exhale out through the mouth, making a soft “haaaaaa” sound. It’s important that you do long, delicious exhales. Enjoy!
