Immediate relief from anger and frustration!
The snake breath brings immediate relief when having strong emotions like anger and frustration. Inhale through the mouth and exhale while making the ssss sound with your mouth. Tip: relax your chest as you exhale to release the tension from your shoulders. Great one to teach the kids and easy to remember!
