About this Meditation
Taking your right hand in front of your mouth, on your exhale, imagine as if you are fogging up a mirror. Hear and feel the sound it makes. Practice a few times, release the hand, and then breathe in for a count of 4 and out for a count of 4, making the sound of a wave in the ocean!
