Breathness with Syd: Box Breath
About this Meditation
This may be the most popular breathwork exercise out there. It’s definitely one of the most accessible!
It can help you cope with panic and stress when feeling overwhelmed and eases panic and worry.
You form a box with the counting of the breath: you inhale for a count of 4 – hold for a count of 4 – exhale for a count of 4 – hold again for 4 and then go again.
