Youth Mental Health Videography Camp

This July, Tampa Bay Thrives and the Bullard Family Foundation hosted their first-ever videography camp focused on youth mental health. The camp brought together 12 teenagers from different parts of Hillsborough County, providing them a platform to explore ways to tell the stories of mental health for teens.

Taught by social media influencer Travis Doodles (9M+ followers) and USC Film School grad Jeffery Wooley, the teens learned to storyboard, shoot, direct, and edit their own videos. The videos they produced throughout their time at camp aim to break the stigma and encourage open conversations about teen mental health.
