Mental Health America’s Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health

An employer that commits to mental health can have a significant impact on the organization’s overall health. Mental Health America’s (MHA) Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health is a national certification program recognizing employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. Led by Mental Health America’s rich history in research and advocacy, the Bell Seal’s holistic evaluation of employer practices considers the entire employee experience. Last year, Florida distinguished itself with the most successful applicants, accounting for 14% of the total certifications awarded nationally.  Applications to become a 2025 Bell Seal recipient are open now through April 4th.  As your local MHA affiliate, Tampa Bay Thrives is proud to assist you on your journey to becoming Bell Seal certified.
