Breathness with Syd: 4-2-6 Breath
About this Meditation
Start by giving yourself a nice jaw massage! Counting while breathing helps us focus on the breath and not get carried away by our busy minds.
Inhale through the nose counting to 4, hold for a count of 2 and exhale through the mouth counting to 6.
Anytime we exhale longer than we inhale we are telling our systems to downshift and it brings calming to the nervous system.
