Breathness with Syd: Ice, water, then wind
About this Meditation
This breathing exercise is all about relaxation in the body.
Bringing your body into stillness, visualize yourself as an iceberg. Your recent stressors are cold and hard. Then imagine melting into water. Inhaling and exhaling as you go. Then on your next exhale, imagine the water turns to wind. Move into the next part of your day feeling lighter and more peaceful.
