Breathness with Syd: Horse Lips
About this Meditation
This fun exercise is used as a coping strategy, is a stress reliever, helps loosen tense muscles in the face and almost guarantees a laugh! Blowing air out of your lips like a horse or baby may feel really silly but, in all seriousness, communicates with your nervous system and does something called vagal toning which is great for all the things I mentioned above. Enjoy!
