About this Meditation

Let’s talk ENERGY and how we can use the breath to wake us up. This “breath of fire” brings heat and stimulation to our bodies and communicates to the brain to be more alert and get focused.

I use this when I’ve hit that afternoon wall. I previously would grab more caffeine or sugar, but then I’d crash again, so this is an amazing alternative!
